About Ranjini
Ranjini Pillay is the Financial Controller/ Practice Manager for the firm and is a Chartered Accountant by profession. Ranjini is a very experienced and skilled individual in the finance area and provideds invaluable support to the firm and its clients. She handles all foreign investor matters such as setting up a new company, obtaining clearances from Reserve Bank, all correspondence with Fiji Revenue and Customs Services.
Ranjini is a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and in Fiji Her experience as a CA spans over fifteen years working in Fiji and Australia.
Prior to joining the firm, Ranjini was based in Canberra, working for the Commonwealth Department of Attorney-General’s in the Finance and Budgeting section. She then decided to take a break from her busy life in Australia and relocated to Fiji to be with her husband who is a dentist, operating his own private practice (VKM Dental Clinic).
Ranjini in her role manages the financial and administrative functions of the office. As the Practice Manager and Financial Controller of the fiirm, Ranjini wears may hats. She also manages the HR ,strategic planning and growth of the firm.
Ranjini is also the in-house consultant in finance related matters involving calculations where she provides relevant financial advice to clients of Reddy Law, Fiji and Legal on London in Canberra, Australia. Using her specialised accounting skills, she is able to provide consultancy in areas of business setups, calculating financials losses ,business valuations and other accountancy work. She is also registered as a forensic accounting specialist with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Outside of work, Ranjini has a young family and her two little kids keep her busy most of the time, but when she does get a break, she enjoys baking and outdoor fitness.
