About MARCUS
Marcus brings with him more than 20 years’ advocacy experience in a range of jurisdictions and tribunals, including 13 years with the Australian Commonwealth DPP. Marcus was previously the Australian Commonwealth DPP’s principal lawyer responsible for federal proceeds of crime proceedings and is an expert in this area. In 2020, Marcus was recognised in Doyle’s Guide as a recommended Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Barrister in the ACT, Australia.
